Shipping

All orders, domestic and international, are shipped once to twice a week via USPS, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a confirmation email once it has shipped with a tracking number for your reference. International orders, please allow at least 28 business days of receiving tracking before contacting us about your order. International shipping takes on average a month and can get held up in customs. Customers are responsible for all custom and import fees for their country.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. All sales are final. Contact us with any other order related concerns you may have.

DAMAGED + LOST ORDER
If you believe your order is lost, please contact your local postal office. If your package was damaged during shipping, you can file a claim with USPS. Please note, once we ship an order it is out of our control and are not liable for damaged and lost orders but please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have and we’ll do our best to help.

PLEASE NOTE: The USPS is experiencing delays. Please keep this in mind while ordering. We are still shipping regularly, but the time it is with USPS may be longer than usual.
